| Why have a student charter? |
|
Problems arise when different people have different expectations of a course. A charter is a document which is agreed upon by all parties such as the student, teacher, school principal and the student's sponsor.
We believe that our courses should be student-centred. Internexia's student charter guarantees that students have certain rights and entitlements, requires certain undertakings from them in return, and ensures that they are happy with the course.
In particular, the student charter makes sure of three things:
|
> |
Objectives are clearly explained and attainable |
|
> |
An active approach to learning is maintained |
| > |
Student feedback is continually taken into account |
It also guarantees that students are able to air their anxieties or grievances at any point of the course. Internexia's learning environment
Internexia guarantees an environment:
|
> |
free of racial, sexual, religious, cultural and physical discrimination. |
|
> |
where all learners have equal opportunities. |
| > |
committed to the values of creativity, professionalism and enterprise. |
|
> |
conducive to social life, welfare, health and safety. |
